This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed at the Country Lodge Retreat with friends and it was just as wonderful as the 1st time. The accommodation is very spacious and spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need. The property has lots of room to park and is also ideal for people with mobility issues as it’s all on one level with no steps. Everything there has been very well thought out and the finishing touches are beautiful. It feels very homely. Lucy is a wonderful host and nothing is too much trouble for her. Thank you Lucy. I look forward to seeing you again when I visit again in August!

The Lodge is beautiful, everything you could wish for and more. We stayed whilst attending a family function at Sheephouse campsite, 5 mins walk up the hill. Would highly recommend both venues. Lucy was an excellent host.

The Lodge is beautiful, everything you need and more. We stayed with our family whilst attending a family ‘get together’ being held at Sheephouse campsite just a 5 minute walk away. Would highly recommend both venues. Lucy is a great host, very thoughtful and helpful.

We stayed in the lodge for the weekend. It was wonderful. Everything we needed was there.
Lucy was a fantastic host. Helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
