- Accessible friendly - the lodge is all laid out over one level, there is a small step on the main entrances/exits and onto the shower tray.
As you step into the front door you are welcomed by the huge open-plan kitchen/dining living area, there are three double bedrooms, master with ensuite and main bathroom which all lead off the open-plan living space.
The lounge has double patio doors to the front and to the side leading to the private garden. The lounge has a two-seater and a three-seater sofa, a large smart TV and an electric log burner.
The kitchen area is open plan, with a large dining table to seat six people. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, kettle and recycling drawers along with all the cutlery and pans you should require. Dishwasher tablets and cleaning essentials are supplied, along with brush, dustpan, mop and iron and ironing board if required.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, TV, bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers, small hanging wardrobe, mirror and hairdryer.
The ensuite is located off the master bedroom and boasts a large walk-in shower. The bedroom is carpeted.
The second bedroom has a king size bed, TV, bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers, small hanging wardrobe, mirror and hairdryer. The bedroom is carpeted.
The third bedroom has two single beds, TV, bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers, small hanging wardrobe and a mirror. The bedroom is carpeted.
Main bathroom comprises of a double walk-in shower, full-size bathtub, toilet and wash basin.The bathroom is tiled throughout and has a radiator and privacy glass window.
The garden is set to the side of the property it is private and for guest use only, the garden is mainly laid to patio and chippings, there is a rotary washing line, a dining set which seats six, a coal BBQ and a 4-6 seater hot tub.
Bed linen and towels are provided; however guests will need to bring their own swim towels for the hot tub.
A highchair and travel cot can be provided if requested.
