Situated on the edge of the Forest of Dean, with easy access to Chepstow, Bristol, Monmouth, Gloucester and other surrounding picturesque surrounds towns and villages.
The lodge is located very close to the River Severn, and in the warmer/drier months, you can walk down to the bottom of the lane and explore along the banks of the river. If you fancy a ramble, you can even walk to some of the local pubs.
The Forest of Dean is a short drive away and offers many excellent outdoor activities, including Go Ape, Canoeing, Kayaking, walking and cycling. There are maps and local guidebooks in the lodge to help you explore.
